About us

Parks G31 is an industrial park, consisting of warehouses, offices and territory used for logistics, distribution and transit business purposes. It comprises 16,000 sq. m. industrial space, including 2,700 sq. m. ancillary offices, located on 6.2 ha secured territory and 9.4 ha area of land for development. Parks G31 is located within a few hundred meters from the entrance to Riga Cargo Port.

In total G31 comprises 15.6 ha of partially developed land with immediate access to Riga Cargo Port and within close proximity to a major north arterial road, part of the main transit rout to Estonia.  The site is located 5km north east from the UNESCO historic city centre and has excellent public transport links.

Parks G31 is owned by company Industrialais Terminals, which was incorporated in 1998 with the objective to acquire RER factory parts. Since then Industrialais Terminals has managed and gradually developed the former factory territories into modern industrial park with A and B+ class facilities.
