New manufacturing commercial center has been put into operation in the territory of Industrial Park G31 in Riga, Uriekstes Street 14. The new center has been developed especially for the needs of logistics company BWS. Full design and construction cycle was provided by the owner of SIA “Industriālais Termināls”. The area of the new center is 3600 sq.m. and 2.6 million EUR has been invested in the construction of the center.
The new commercial center with 1 ha landscaped territory, delivery ramps and parking lots is located in one of the most geographically suitable territory for logistics and transit industries – next to the Freeport of Riga. According to the Industrial Park G31 development concept, customer receives land and the building in his holding after it has been put into operation. For the realization of the project the customer’s resources and Industrial Park G31 financing bank’s Citadele provided credit for construction process are used. This kind of financing model is offered for the development of the area of 5 ha.
The construction of the new commercial centre has been done by subcontractor ERGOSTATUS. In the process is involved leasing consultant IMMOSTATE.
About “Industrial Park G31” and SIA “Industriālais Termināls”
SIA “Industriālais Termināls” which is the owner and the manager of the Industrial Park G31 since the 1998, has developed it in the former Riga Electric Building Works (AS “RER”) territory with total area of 16 ha and leased area of the premises over 16 000 sq.m. Development has been carried out by reconstruction of the old factory building and construction of new storage and office premises which are leased and used by logistics, delivery and transit companies like DPD, ABX Terminal, CF&S Latvia, MMD SERVISS, LEVERSA and others. The Industrial Park is located 5km from the historical city center, in strategically placed location next to the Freeport of Riga with well developed transport infrastructure.
