Current occupancy rate is 98,8%, the lease price range is EUR 5 – 6 per sq.m., according to institutional format lease long term lease agreements.  All warehouse leases reflect strong tenant covenants, whose primary tenants have excellent track records in the logistic/forwarding and distribution business.

Rental levels are in line with current market rates and for warehouses range from €5.5 – 7.0 per sq. m. with an average of €6.2 and for offices range from €5.86 – 10.50 per sq. m. with an average of €9.0 per sq. m.

Superior rents have consistently been achieved for G31, owning to both its central location, compared to other built to suit warehouse parks and the more flexible rentable space format, compared to much larger and less flexible schemes.

Among our largest tenants are DPD Latvia, MMD serviss, ABX terminal, LEVERSA and others.
